Website Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Website Management Specialist who understands the full cycle of website operations — from design updates to content changes and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying when updates or optimizations are needed to ensure smooth website performance and strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update website content, banners, and product pages regularly.
• Identify and implement necessary changes to improve site performance, user experience, and design consistency.
• Coordinate with designers and developers for new feature integrations or updates.
• Ensure all pages are SEO-optimized and mobile-responsive.
• Monitor website analytics and provide performance reports.
• Manage backups, uptime monitoring, and ensure website security standards are met.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, plugins, and tools related to website management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in website management or related role.
• Strong understanding of WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML/CSS, and web performance tools.
• Eye for design and functionality — understanding what changes improve user experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma) for basic design adjustments.
• Experience working with e-commerce or service-based websites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
