Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in web project management or product management roles for complex, multi-division brands.
• Proven experience managing CMS platforms with integrated marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, BigCommerce and analytics).
• Experience with project management and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience incorporating AI/ML technologies into web applications preferred.

About the Job!

Gentex Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Website Manager to manage the strategy, execution, and performance of our corporate websites and supporting digital platforms. This role requires both technical management skills and marketing-driven web expertise to drive growth, innovation, and user experience.

You’ll be responsible for owning the website roadmap, managing system integrations, and identifying opportunities for platform integrations to personalize, optimize, and scale our digital presence. You will also coordinate cross-functional web initiatives, translating business needs into digital solutions while maintaining governance, usability, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the corporate web platform roadmaps aligned with business, marketing, and technology goals.
• Define and maintain a website vision that incorporates AI/ML capabilities, SEO strategy, and user experience optimization.
• Translate business needs, market research, and user insights into detailed requirements for an optimal online experience.
• Manage daily operations of platforms, including WordPress, HubSpot, and integrations with tools like BigCommerce, PayPal, Salesforce as needed.
• Oversee digital workflows, troubleshooting, and content updates while ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance with privacy and security standards.
• Ensure all website projects support broader business needs, digital marketing strategies, and UX best practices.
• Identify and implement AI/ML use cases across the site such as recommendation engines, content personalization, intelligent search, or chatbots.
• Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and external partners to manage website projects from inception through execution.
• Maintain detailed project plans, allocate resources, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across marketing, IT, the businesses and legal.
• Define and monitor KPIs for site performance, user behavior, conversion rates, and AI feature effectiveness.
• Use data-driven insights to continually optimize site functionality, engagement, and outcomes.
• Ensure GDPR, ADA, and other digital compliance standards are met across all web properties.
• Coordinate with IT and legal on data governance and cybersecurity issues.
