Website & SEO Specialist

Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven SEO specialist to lead digital strategy across Melton’s web properties. In this role, you’ll drive traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance user experience through smart content, analytics, and technical optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Search Engine Optimization strategy (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Optimize website content and structure using WordPress
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Support paid search campaigns and conversion tracking
• Collaborate on blog content, email marketing, and press releases
• Analyze performance data to guide strategy

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with SEO tools (SEMRush, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
• Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills
• Familiarity with WordPress and email marketing platforms
