About the Role

The Neuro Scan & Marketing Coordinator blends two essential parts of our mission:

• Capturing neurological data that guides every care plan
• Sharing stories of healing and hope that inspire our community

You’ll be the bridge between science and story — helping families see their progress through technology while also feeling connected through communication and marketing.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, personable, and excited to help families understand and celebrate their healing journey.

What You’ll Do Neurological Scans & Patient Care

• Perform accurate adult and pediatric neurological scans (training provided).
• Maintain a reliable scan schedule and ensure timely documentation of results.
• Record all scan data and progress forms accurately in our system.
• Support doctors by communicating patient progress and key observations.
• Assist the Front Office Coordinator with patient questions, phone calls, and scheduling.

Marketing & Storytelling

• Interview families for testimonials (written, photo, or video) with sensitivity and care.
• Create, edit, and publish stories for our newsletter, blog, and social channels.
• Coordinate Patient of the Month and “Stories of Hope” features.
• Maintain consent and documentation for all marketing materials.
• Design flyers, posters, and displays for in-office promotions, events, and workshops.
• Support patient appreciation events and theme weeks with creative energy.
• Keep marketing materials and displays fresh, stocked, and on-brand.

Digital Marketing & Go High Level

• Manage Go High Level workflows, email campaigns, and automation.
• Schedule and send monthly newsletters and blogs with engaging content.
• Update website pages (via Squarespace) to ensure accuracy and SEO strength.
• Track and report marketing metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and reviews.
• Prompt and manage new Google reviews to maintain a strong online reputation.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Manager on digital campaigns and analytics.

(Experience with Go High Level is a major plus!)

Schedule

• Monday & Wednesday: 7:30am–12:45pm, 2–6pm (occasional later days)
• Tuesday: 9:00am–12pm, 12:30pm–6pm
• Thursday: 7:30am–12:45pm, 2–6pm
• Office closed Fridays & Weekends
