Mass Inbound is a Data-Driven Digital Advertising Agency, offering clients a full-funnel approach to advertising, including everything from website design to CRM to boost the performance of ads. We are seeking a talented and motivated Jr. Web Developer to join our team, in office in West Palm Beach, Florida.

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO & Front-End Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an expert in search engine optimization and can also handle front-end website development and maintenance on popular builders. You will be responsible for improving our clients' organic search performance, map search performance, AI overviews, AIO/GEO implementation and implementing necessary on-site changes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, including technical, on-page, and off-page analysis.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits.
• Manage and implement all aspects of on-page SEO, including content optimization, meta tag creation, and internal linking.
• Work directly within website builders such as Elementor, Divi, Avada, and other popular builders to implement SEO recommendations and make front-end website updates.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Monitor and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
• Utilize AWS, Azure, SiteGround, etc, for cloud-based solutions and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web applications promptly.
• Maintain documentation for code, processes, and workflows.

Experience

• Required: Ability to do front-end development and design, for websites and landing pages on WordPress and other platforms.
• Required: Experience with Wordpress and Shopify website design & development
• Required: An understanding of multiple languages: Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc
• Preferred: AI models including Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
