Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Website & SEO Specialist to manage and optimize our portfolio of websites, execute comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, and create engaging, high-quality professional content. This role is critical for driving organic traffic, enhancing user experience, and supporting the marketing team's initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Technical SEO
- Manage and maintain the health and performance of our multiple websites,ensuring high uptime, speed, and security.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site structure, and mobile-friendliness.
- Implement and manage website analytics to track performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with development teams on website updates, redesigns, and new feature implementation to ensure SEO best practices are integrated from the start.
SEO Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across all websites, focusing on organic traffic growth and achieving key business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms and user intent gaps.
- Manage and optimize on-page SEO elements, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt-text, and internal linking structure.
- Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building efforts and local SEO (if applicable).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO campaign performance using key metrics (rankings, traffic, conversion rate), providing actionable insights for improvement.
Content Creation & Marketing
- Plan, write, edit, and publish high-quality, professional, and creative blog posts, articles, and website copy designed to engage our target audience and align with SEO strategy.
- Ensure all content is factually accurate, adheres to brand voice guidelines, and is optimized for search engines and user experience (UX).
- Repurpose existing content into new formats to maximize reach and efficiency.
Marketing Team Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation with social media campaigns and overall marketing goals.
- Provide SEO-optimized content and captions for use across various social media platforms.
- Assist the marketing team in tracking the performance of content and campaigns across web and social channels.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, including changes in search engine algorithms and social media platform best practices.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a dedicated SEO or website management role.
- Proven expertise in managing and maintaining websites (e.g., WordPress, custom CMS).
- Expert-level knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a portfolio demonstrating professional and creative content creation.
- A strong understanding ofHTML, CSS, and website architecture as they relate to SEO.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
