The Breeze Marketing Team is in search of a Website Content & SEO Specialist to help broaden our reach as we expand to more cities across the U.S. and beyond.

Here's what you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective SEO and content strategies to grow brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to flybreeze.com.
• Conduct ongoing website audits to identify opportunities in metadata, internal linking, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality website pages that reflect Breeze's voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Partner with design, brand, and marketing teams to launch new landing pages.
• Maintain and update site content to ensure accuracy, freshness, and alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Conduct basic keyword research and integrate target terms naturally into web copy.
• Optimize for emerging AI search models to future-proof organic visibility.
• Analyze performance data to report on SEO health, traffic trends, content engagement, and revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Product, and Guest Empowerment to champion SEO best practices.
• Support web updates for promotions and marketing campaigns, maintaining publishing workflows and content calendars.
• Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence

Here's what you'll need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and website management, preferably in travel or e-commerce.
• Proven experience as both an SEO strategist and content creator.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, from keyword strategy to technical optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search evolution and enthusiasm for exploring their marketing implications.
• Proficiency in tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Excel.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to match Breeze's friendly, conversational tone.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success.
• Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
