Job Title: Senior Website & WordPress Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Website & WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and technology, taking UI/UX mockups from Figma and turning them into fully functional, responsive, and SEO-optimized WordPress websites. You will be responsible for both front-end aesthetics and back-end functionality to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Development: Build, customize, and manage high-quality WordPress websites using themes, page builders (Elementor/Divi), and custom coding.
• Figma to WordPress: Accurately translate high-fidelity Figma designs into responsive web pages with pixel-perfect precision.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure fast loading speeds, mobile responsiveness, and overall website health.
• Maintenance & Security: Perform regular updates, backups, and security audits to protect websites from vulnerabilities.
• Landing Page Creation: Develop high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns and B2B lead generation.
• Plugin Management: Identify, install, and configure essential plugins while troubleshooting any compatibility issues.
• SEO & Analytics: Implement on-page SEO best practices and integrate tracking tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Technical Support: Manage domain registration, hosting environments (cPanel), and SSL certifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in Figma (for extracting assets and following design systems).
• Experience with premium page builders like Elementor Pro, WP Bakery, or Oxygen.
• Solid understanding of PHP and MySQL for custom WordPress functions.
• Knowledge of website security protocols and speed optimization techniques (WP Rocket, CDN, etc.).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in developing B2B corporate websites or FMCG brand sites.
