Hours vary based on weddings, events, and business needs. Our small team follows an “everyone does everything” culture, but each coordinator has a clearly defined role. What You’ll Do

  • Help oversee on‑site event production and management for high‑end weddings and luxury events.
  • Assist Lead Planners, guiding couples through wedding planning and expectations.
  • Act as a vendor liaison, coordinating timelines, arrivals, and creative alignment for weddings and events.
  • Source décor ideas and vendor resources that match K Bella Events’ elevated aesthetic.
  • Manage day‑to‑day project timelines for multiple weddings or events at once.
  • Handle administration: rental order placements, BEO reviews, RSVP tracking, team travel planning, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Lead Planners, coordinators and vendors on wedding‑day details and logistics.
  • Assist with special projects, including back‑end process development, marketing and social media/content as needed.

Who You Are

  • Lives in the Washington D.C. / Virginia area and plans to stay long‑term.
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit, is highly logical, and has an eye for the finest details.
  • Is warm, outgoing, and high‑touch with clients and vendors, building strong relationships.
  • A confident, articulate communicator who can produce great work with limited supervision.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Professional, polished, and stylish in appearance, with a lovely, guest‑oriented disposition.
  • Technically comfortable: Google Suite literate, quick to learn new platforms.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or the wedding industry (e.g., catering coordination, corporate event planning, or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Has a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle and is available for designated weekend and some weekday travel.

Hourly rate: $20.00–$35.00, with new Associate Planners typically starting at $20/hour for the first six weddings while training, plus opportunities for tips and bonuses for bringing in new clients.
