Weekend Caregiver $$

FirstLight Home Care of Goodyear is seeking a compassionate, dependable Weekend Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care for clients in their homes. This position is ideal for someone experienced in assisting clients with higher levels of physical care needs who wants to make a meaningful difference.

We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, patient, and comfortable providing personal care with dignity and respect.

Schedule:
Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
Hours may vary depending on client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care to clients in their homes
• Assist with bed baths and hygiene care
• Perform brief changes and incontinence care
• Assist with safe repositioning and transfers
• Monitor client comfort and safety
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and document services provided

Requirements:

• Previous personal care caregiving experience required
• Experience with bed baths, brief changes, and hands-on personal care
• Ability to assist with clients up to 200 lbs (with proper technique)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
