Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their event experience.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate sales processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all attendees.
• Collaborate with event staff to coordinate bar service timing, setup, and breakdown for seamless event execution.
• Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to prevent shortages during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred for efficient transaction management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume events while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills are necessary for accurate sales processing.
• Background in hospitality or food service industries, including restaurant experience or retail math proficiency, will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of brewing processes or beverage crafting adds value to your skill set for this energetic role.
