Weekend Receptionist / Scheduler (Remote – Atlanta Area

Position Type: Part-Time / Weekend Evenings (Work From Home)

Position Overview

Divine Angels Home Care is seeking a dependable and professional Weekend After-Hours Receptionist/Scheduler to support weekend operations and ensure uninterrupted care services for our clients. This position focuses on answering incoming calls and resolving scheduling issues during weekend after-hours operations.

This is a remote/work-from-home position; however, candidates must live in or near the Atlanta, Georgia area and be available for required in-office training and occasional in-person meetings throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming after-hours calls from clients, caregivers, and staff in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and resolve weekend scheduling issues, including call-outs, shift coverage, and last-minute changes
  • Communicate staffing updates clearly with caregivers and office personnel
  • Accurately document calls and scheduling actions in company systems
  • Follow escalation procedures for urgent or emergency situations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information
  • Provide excellent customer service while supporting caregivers and clients during weekend hours

Technology & Equipment Requirements

  • Must download and use the RingCentral mobile application on a personal smartphone to make and receive company calls
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required
  • Quiet and professional home workspace required
  • Employee will receive a $20/month phone reimbursement

Training & Meeting Requirements

  • Must complete initial in-office training before beginning remote work
  • Required attendance at scheduled Zoom meetings
  • Must attend occasional in-person meetings and trainings throughout the year

Qualifications

  • Must reside in or around Atlanta, GA
  • Previous receptionist, scheduling, customer service, or home care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during urgent situations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, mobile applications, and computer systems
  • Reliable and able to work independently during evening hours

Preferred Experience

  • Home care or healthcare scheduling experience
  • Experience managing high-volume phone calls
  • Administrative or customer service background
