Weight Bridge Computer Op.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge system to record gross, tare, and net weights of vehicles.
• Verify vehicle, material, and driver details before and after weighing.
• Enter weight data accurately into computer systems/software.
• Generate weighment slips, gate passes, and related reports.
• Maintain daily weighbridge logs and registers (manual and digital).
• Coordinate with security, logistics, production, and dispatch teams.
• Ensure calibration and basic cleanliness of the weighbridge area.
• Report system faults, discrepancies, or irregularities to supervisors.
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Handle documents related to inward/outward materials and inventory movement.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic computer operation (MS Office, data entry, email).
• Familiarity with weighbridge software (preferred).
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of logistics/material movement.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation.
• Clear communication and coordination skills.
• Honesty, reliability, and confidentiality.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass.
• Diploma or certification in computer operations is an advantage.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience as a Weighbridge Operator or Data Entry Operator preferred.
• Freshers with basic computer knowledge may be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
