Key Responsibilities:

• Read & Interpret: Study blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project needs.
• Prepare Materials: Cut, align, and secure metal pieces according to design.
• Weld & Join: Operate welding machines (arc, MIG, TIG) to fuse metal components, ensuring strong, precise bonds.
• Inspect & Finish: Examine welds for flaws, smooth molten metal, and test finished surfaces for quality.
• Maintain Equipment: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding machinery and tools.
• Follow Safety: Adhere to strict safety regulations, wear protective gear, and monitor for overheating.

• Base metal qualified : Plate and PipeEssential Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick).

• Understanding of metallurgy and thermal dynamics.
• Problem-solving and self-direction.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in varied environments (factories, construction sites).
