Job Summary:

WBM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Welder to carry out welding, fabrication, and repair work for office facilities, machinery, and structural components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various welding techniques, metal fabrication, and maintenance tasks. The role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:Welding & Fabrication

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding techniques as required.
• Fabricate metal structures, frames, racks, stands, and repair office equipment.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
• Ensure high-quality joints, strong welds, and durable finishing.

Maintenance & Repair Work

• Repair damaged metal components, gates, grills, and office structural fittings.
• Work on maintenance and modification of machinery, tools, and office infrastructure.
• Assist in installation of fixtures, supports, and customized metal fabrications.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols related to welding, cutting, and fabrication.
• Ensure safe handling of welding equipment, gases, and protective tools.
• Inspect work areas and equipment to prevent hazards.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with the maintenance and operations teams for assigned tasks.
• Keep records of welding projects, materials used, and repair activities.
• Inform the supervisor about material requirements or major repair needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certificate in Welding, Fabrication, or related technical training.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in welding and metal fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, safety-focused, and reliable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in industrial or office maintenance environments.
• Knowledge of cutting machines, grinders, and fabrication tools.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
