Welder (Solid Waste Management)

This position reports to the Facility Maintenance Division within the Department of Solid Waste. The incumbent will be responsible for welding containers, repairing fences, performing metalwork, and repairing grizzly cranes. Additionally, this role includes repairing handrails and addressing all metal-related repairs at the Trash Recycling Centers (TRCs) and gates. The incumbent in this position will use a laptop, a desktop/tower office computer, a copier, Metronet, and email for various tasks.
