Welder/Fabricator/Fitter

Quality Process CNC Machine Shop is seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding and metal fabrication, with the ability to read drawings and produce high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.

This position will begin with a short trial period to evaluate skills, work quality, and fit with the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and other metals
• Fabricate parts and assemblies according to drawings and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and measurements
• Cut, grind, fit, and finish metal components
• Inspect welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work closely with the machining and production team to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a welder and/or fabricator
• Proficiency in TIG AND MIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• BILINGUAL

Pay & Trial Period

• Starting pay: $18/hour or based on experience
• Short trial period required before permanent placement
