Wellness Assistant – Join a Modern, High-Energy Chiropractic Practice

This is a hands-on, people-facing role inside a fast-growing chiropractic and wellness practice in Fort Myers.

Who You Are:

You’re warm, reliable, and confident in conversation. You don’t get overwhelmed when the day gets full — you get focused. You like structure, but you also like energy. You care about doing things the right way — and you take pride in being the person the team can count on.

Bonus points if:

You’re studying health sciences, exercise science, nursing, pre-PT, pre-PA, or similar (not you but still awesome, still apply)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

This role is a mix of patient care, organization, and behind-the-scenes support.

You will:

• Greet patients and set the tone for their experience
• Assist with therapies and guided exercises
• Keep treatment spaces clean, organized, and ready
• Help patients feel calm, supported, and confident
• Support scheduling, check-ins, and administrative work
• Learn how a modern chiropractic wellness practice actually runs
• Answer phones and schedule patients

Some days are steady. Some days move fast.

We’re looking for someone who can handle both.

Schedule & Growth:

The current schedule for the position is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Hours are part time 20-24 hours/week. Growth opportunities are available for the right person. This role can evolve as the practice grows.

Compensation:

Starting at $15/hour with performance-based raises.

Pay is based on experience and reliability.
