Wellness Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead Engagement & Sales Support

○ Call and interact with new leads from events, referrals, and campaigns.

○ Explain the 21-Day Challenge, fitness plans, and answer basic fitness/nutrition questions.

○ Guide prospects preliminarily and then connect them with senior trainers/dieticians.

● On-Ground Activation

○ Represent at society complexes, events, and wellness activations.

○ Manage permissions with RWAs, coordinate stalls, and handle customer walk-ins.

○ Be the first point of contact for participants at community events.

● Fitness/Nutrition Support

○ Provide basic guidance on diet & exercise (e.g., daily steps, healthy swaps, workout tips).

○ Build trust with participants by being approachable and knowledgeable.

○ Escalate detailed queries to expert PTs/dieticians.

Ideal Candidate

● Graduate/Postgraduate in Nutrition, Dietetics, Sports Science, or Physical Education (2024/2025 pass-outs welcome).

● Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English + Hindi).

● Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness.

● Comfortable with on-ground work (society visits, events, local marketing).

● Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup.
