QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing wellness teams and operations,
• Advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is a plus),
• Experience within hospitality, lifestyle, or travel brands,
• Ability to collaborate multidisciplinary wellness teams (trainers, therapists, instructors),
• Understanding of hygiene, safety protocols, and risk management,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Proactive problem solving,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIBTION

• Execute and manage AHAMA’s daily wellness operations; to teach the lessons in the daily schedule if needed,
• Coordinate with operational departments to take necessary actions,
• To collaborate related partners to provide communicate effectively and wellness activities run smoothly,
• Give pilates private lessons to guests according to his/her trainer background,
• Assist in planning and coordinating wellness facilitators stays with the marketing and sales teams,
• Track guest’s feedback to ensure satisfaction of guests stays expected level,
• Maintain the content calendar and posting schedule.
