Wellness Nurse Practitioner or Physician | BHRT, Aesthetics | 4 Day Week, No Call

This is a build it role. Viking Psychiatry & Wellness has already invested in a full wellness and aesthetics line: BHRT, IV vitamin therapy, GLP-1 weight management, red light therapy, and a suite of BTL body contouring platforms. What the line needs now is a provider, a nurse practitioner or a physician (MD or DO), with real wellness and med spa experience who wants to run it, grow it, and make it their own, without giving up the life outside medicine they trained this hard to afford.

Viking Psychiatry & Wellness is an independent interventional psychiatry and wellness practice founded in 2021, with locations in Fort Wayne and Warsaw, Indiana. Alongside one of the region's most comprehensive interventional psychiatry programs, we operate a growing wellness line built on the idea that mental health and physical health are one project.

A quality of life position

We built this role around the life providers keep saying they want. Four days a week, Monday to Thursday, with a three day weekend every single week. No call, no hospital rounds, no weekend clinic, no RVU targets, and no grinding through patient volume quotas in fifteen minute slots: wellness medicine is relationship medicine, and the schedule is built for real conversations. You practice the way you trained to, with the autonomy to build the program your way, and the compensation structure rewards growing it well rather than churning through visits.

What you will do

• Own and grow the wellness service line: bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) including testosterone optimization, IV vitamin therapy, GLP-1 weight management, and red light therapy
• Operate and build treatment programs around our BTL device platforms, including Emsculpt NEO, Emface, and Emsella
• Evaluate patients, order and interpret labs, prescribe and manage hormone therapy, and run follow-up care
• Develop clinical protocols, treatment packages, and the patient journey from consult through maintenance
• Help launch the services on our roadmap, including peptide therapy, as the line expands

What we are looking for

Required: active Indiana license as an APRN or as a physician (MD or DO), or eligibility; for nurse practitioners, national board certification (FNP, AGPCNP, or comparable); for physicians, board certification or board eligibility; strong hands-on experience in the wellness, med spa, or aesthetics sector; a self-starter's temperament; active DEA registration or eligibility.

Preferred: BHRT training or certification; experience with IV therapy programs and body contouring or energy-based devices; a track record of launching or growing a service line, program, or practice.

Schedule, compensation, and benefits

• Four day work week: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, at our Fort Wayne clinic. Three day weekends, every week
• Base salary $110,000 to $190,000 based on licensure, credentials, and experience, plus an uncapped tiered production bonus as the program grows. Total compensation potential above $250,000 at mature program volume
