Role Overview

We’re looking for an AI Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered outbound calling campaigns. This role blends AI engineering, voice automation, and data-driven communication. You’ll work closely with our product and growth teams to bring intelligent voice interactions to life — from concept to deployment.

What You’ll Do

Build and deploy AI-driven outbound calling systems using LLMs and speech technologies.

Integrate conversational AI models (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, or similar).

Develop pipelines for dynamic lead sourcing, call personalization, and campaign optimization.

Create and manage voice synthesis workflows and custom AI voice agents.

Analyze campaign data to improve call performance and conversational quality.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in AI/ML or automation development.

Strong Python programming skills.

Experience with LLM APIs, speech-to-text (STT), and text-to-speech (TTS) systems.

Familiarity with tools such as Twilio, Asterisk, Dialogflow, or Azure Cognitive Services.

Strong understanding of REST APIs and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building real-world AI applications.

Bonus Skills

Experience building voice bots or AI customer service agents.

Knowledge of CRM systems and campaign analytics.

Understanding of prompt engineering and AI conversation design.
