Key Responsibilities

• Staff management: attendance tracking, discipline monitoring, shift scheduling, and resolving staff issues
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Attendance and payroll coordination
• Employee engagement activities
• HR policies, documentation, and compliance
• Support performance evaluation processes
• Handle grievances and maintain a positive work culture
• Ensure smooth daily HR operations

Education & Qualifications

• Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Commerce or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred (not mandatory)
• BBA/BBM with HR specialization accepted
• HR certification courses (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRBP) are a plus
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Prior HR operations or recruitment exposure is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
