Are you skilled at finding high-quality leads and turning cold prospects into warm opportunities? We’re looking for a Lead Scrapper to join our team and play a key role in our growth!

Shift: Night Shift

Role Overview

You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and warming up potential leads across multiple platforms. Your goal is to deliver qualified prospects to our closing team for conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and scrape high-quality leads across all social media platforms and other online channels

- Target niches including:

- Property Management Services

- Healthcare BPO

- Real Estate (Cash Buyers & Wholesalers)

- Initiate contact and warm up leads through effective communication

- Qualify prospects and transfer them to the closing team

- Maintain organized records of leads and interactions

✅ Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience with lead generation, scraping tools, or prospecting methods

- Ability to work independently during night shifts

- Familiarity with real estate and/or BPO industries is a plus

- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
