Your Responsibilities

/Define and execute regional service strategy aligned with company objectives

/Drive performance and quality standards across authorized service centers

/Enhance service processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

/Analyze market trends, customer insights, and complaints to develop action plans

/Report regional performance results and improvement initiatives to senior management

Your Profile

/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields; 10+ years in service management

/Strong leadership with proven experience in managing service networks

/Fluent in English, advanced in MS Office (Excel) and CRM systems (preferred)

/Customer-oriented, analytical, adaptive to multinational environments

/Willingness to travel, with a solution-focused and results-driven mindset
