Duties

• Host live streaming sessions on the WhatNot platform, presenting products with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Engage actively with viewers through chat, answering questions and encouraging interaction to foster a lively community atmosphere.
• Demonstrate product features, usage tips, and benefits clearly to enhance viewer understanding and interest.
• Coordinate with team members to prepare product displays and organize stream schedules effectively.
• Maintain professionalism by adhering to brand guidelines, phone etiquette, and guest relations standards during all interactions.
• Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
• Collect viewer feedback and insights to improve future streams and increase audience engagement.

Experience

• Deep Niche Knowledge: You should know the product inside and out. Extensive training will be provided to understand the industry and our product lines.
• The "Hustle" Mentality: Live commerce moves fast. You need to be quick on your feet, able to multi-task (talking while pinning items), and stay positive under pressure.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the WhatNot app, good lighting setups, and basic troubleshooting is a must.
• Reliability: Our community shows up when we say we’ll be there. Punctuality and consistency are non-negotiable.

Pay Structure

• Hourly or Flat Amount Per Show + Performance Based Bonuses
