White Good Service Technician

We are currently looking for a skilled White Goods Service Technician to join our Technical Service team.

Responsibilities:

• Repair defective white goods products such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and cookers according to the technical center repair procedures.
• Support the repair of Home Appliance products such as water dispensers and other small appliances.
• Control and monitor the consumption of spare parts.
• Maintain good coordination with suppliers to resolve pending repair cases.
• Update the service system daily with completed repair work.
• Order spare parts required for repairs according to the technical procedures.
• Prepare cost estimates for out-of-warranty or misuse cases.
• Prepare technical reports for defective items to be reviewed and signed by the Senior White Goods Technician.
• Ensure compliance with company service SOPs during daily work activities.
• Achieve the assigned service KPIs within the technical center.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in White Goods repair, preferably in authorized service centers.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic and/or English.
• Age between 22 – 30 years with no health limitations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Iqama profession must be “Technician.”
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Working Hours:

48 hours per week (excluding breaks and prayer time) with one day off.
