Marketing & Promotion
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Contribute to social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance café visibility and brand presence.
Administration & Reporting
- Oversee daily cash handling, POS reports, and sales reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
