Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, catering, and wholesale clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

Customer Service & Operations

  • Ensure excellent customer experience through high service standards and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize menu offerings and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service quality.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate the café sales and service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve sales techniques.
  • Ensure the team follows company policies, sales procedures, and hygiene standards.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
  • Contribute to social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance café visibility and brand presence.

Administration & Reporting

  • Oversee daily cash handling, POS reports, and sales reconciliations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
