Are you a detail-oriented finance or administration professional with a passion for accuracy, teamwork, and delivering excellent service? Join our client in a Wholesale Credit Officer role supporting the wholesale credit function to ensure smooth funding operations across a the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily vehicle tax invoices and dealer payments
• Review and pay bailment requests and clear dealer stock audits
• Follow up on outstanding transfer
• Monitor and manage dealer credit limits in line with approved terms
• Respond to floorplan and funding enquiries with a high level of professionalism
• Complete daily and monthly reporting, including reconciliations and wholesale charge processing

What we are looking for

• Experience in finance, wholesale credit, or administration preferred
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship management skillsAbility to work efficiently within structured processes and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems
