Wholesale Dispositions Agent

We are seeking a driven, personable, and strategic Real Estate Agent to join our growing real estate investment team. As a Wholesale Agent, your main role is to manage and grow our investment list, and build strong relationships. You’ll be the key player in converting signed contracts into closed deals by connecting motivated cash buyers to our off-market properties.

The ideal candidate is a natural closer with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and the real estate investment space.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors, landlords, and fix-and-flip buyers.
  • Market deals across multiple channels including email blasts, investor platforms, and social media.
  • Host property walkthroughs and coordinate access for buyers and inspectors.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and assignment contracts with buyers.
  • Vet and qualify potential buyers to ensure ability to close deals.
  • Maintain and grow the company’s buyer database and investor network.
  • Work with the acquisitions and transaction coordination teams to ensure smooth closings.
  • Analyze deals and understand property ARV, rehab costs, and buyer ROI expectations.
  • Stay updated on local market trends, investor behavior, and buyer demand.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in real estate, sales, or cold calling preferred (wholesale experience a plus).
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills — you know how to close.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — relationship-building is key.
  • Knowledge of real estate investment concepts: ARV, comps, ROI, cash flow, etc.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple deals at once.
  • Tech-savvy: CRM systems, email marketing tools, Google Suite, etc.
  • Self-starter with a hunger for growth and commissions.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Previous real estate, wholesaling, or disposition experience preferred but not required.
  • Role is 100% commission base

Pay: $130,515.00 - $146,204.00 per year
