Wholesale Manager

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Manager to lead and manage our wholesale operations in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities (JD):

  • Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
  • Oversee daily operations of the wholesale team and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in wholesale or sales management, preferably in Automotive Industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Analytical skills for market and performance assessment
