Wholesale Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

About Us

We are an established women’s wholesale clothing company based in Downtown Los Angeles.

We sell B2B (wholesale only) through platforms like FashionGo, Faire, and Shopify, and we work with both local and overseas production.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Operations Coordinator to help manage daily orders and operations so the owner can focus on growth and strategy.

This is not a creative or sales role. It’s an execution and coordination role.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process wholesale orders (FashionGo, Faire, email)
  • Check inventory availability and confirm orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse/packing staff
  • Create shipping labels and track shipments
  • Update customers on order status
  • Assist with basic invoicing and charging customers (training provided)
  • Follow simple checklists and procedures

Requirements

  • Strong English (written & spoken)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with computers and online platforms
  • Experience with order processing, admin, or operations preferred
  • Calm under pressure, reliable, and consistent
  • Able to follow instructions and systems exactly

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with FashionGo, Faire, Shopify, or wholesale platforms
  • Logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment background
  • Fashion industry experience (not required)

Compensation

  • Hourly, part-time
  • Based on experience
  • Opportunity for more hours if it’s a good fit
