What Youll Be Doing

  • Weekly team meeting at 10 am every Tuesday
  • Prospect and follow up with new seller leads every morning
  • Prepare for and attend appointments in the afternoons.
  • Present offers and negotiate terms to get properties under contract.
  • Work both company-provided leads and your own self-generated appointments
  • Maintain a high level of organization and follow-up in the company’s CRM.
  • Participate in ongoing training, personal development, and team collaboration.

Compensation

  • Commission-only position with the opportunity to earn $75K–$100K+ annually, based on performance.
  • Receive 15-20% of the net profit on deals based on experience-
  • 5% bonus if you dispo / sell the deal

Requirements

  • Must be available for daily team huddles and afternoon/weekend appointments.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • High level of discipline, drive, and self-motivation.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to grow both personally and professionally.
