Position: Wide Format Production and Customer Service Representative

Minuteman Press is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a leader in the printing industry, we offer a wide range of services and products, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence. This position is to work at our wide format and apparel facility, the job also includes assisting our printing location with customer service and placing orders with vendors. Training will be at the Bird Road location and the NE 79th Street location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate wide format printing and finishing equipment efficiently and safely. HP Latex 800W, graphtec plotter and wide format laminator
• Assist customers with their printing needs, providing exceptional service and support.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues as they arise.
• Uphold Minuteman Press standards for quality and accuracy in all print jobs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a print shop or similar environment is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency with printing equipment and software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
