Wind Power Plant – Project Manager (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineer)

Locations: Kachchh (GJ) | Dharwad (KA) | Karur (TN)

Eligibility: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)

Role:Lead wind project execution by managing WTG installation, supervising civil

and electrical works, coordinating with OEM teams, enforcing safety and quality

standards, resolving site issues, and delivering project milestones on schedule. The

role requires hands-on experience in wind farm construction and complete lifecycle

project monitoring.

Experience: 8+ years of wind power plant experience (minimum 2 years mandatory

for eligibility).

Compensation: ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month (Company-provided lodging, boarding,

fooding, transportation)

Key Skills:

WTG erection expertise, heavy-lift coordination, foundation and electrical interface

knowledge, team supervision, safety management, troubleshooting, stakeholder

coordination, project documentation, schedule control, and quality-driven execution.
