We are looking for an ambitious self-motivated sales person that wants to build a long term career within our company. As a sales person, you will be responsible for outsourcing jobs by going door to door and following up with leads. You will be interacting with our customers and team members on a daily basis.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. Your main focus should be customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Learn sales scripts
• Protect the brand reputation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business
• Hit performance standards on a weekly and monthly basis
• Clear communication between leadership teams and with and clients
• Utilize sales techniques to meet or exceed monthly targets, actively seeking new business opportunities
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service agreements, and follow-up activities to support ongoing sales efforts

Experience

• Prior experience in sales
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate service benefits and technical details to clients
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple client relationships effectively

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
