Job Summary:

As the Window/Door Project Manager, you are the bridge between the warehouse and the finished home. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project—from accurate measurements and material ordering to leading the install crews on-site. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is stress-free and that our reputation for quality remains unmatched.

Target Start Date: April 1, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Logistics: Accurately measure projects and place orders for materials/windows to meet strict project deadlines.

Crew Leadership: Schedule and oversee window/door install crews, managing both internal team morale and relationships with subcontractors.

Hands-On Expertise: Assist with and supervise residential/commercial window removals and installs to ensure "Integrity" quality.

Communication: Serve as the main line of communication between the business and the customer regarding project progress.

Relationship Management: Monitor and improve business-to-customer relationships for both new and past clients.

Data Management: Perform necessary data entry tasks to track project milestones and inventory.

Qualifications:

Experience: Construction experience required; specific Window and Door installation experience is highly preferred.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and maintain high crew morale.

Compliance: Must have a clean Driver’s License and be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for managing vendors, peers, and customers.

Compensation & Schedule:

Salary: $50,000 (Increases are negotiable based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Must be available to occasionally respond to calls/texts from crew leads or supervisors outside of standard hours).
