Wine Sales/Hospitality Specialist & Business Assistant

Brochelle Vineyards is a small, family-owned winery in Paso Robles known for highly personal tastings, genuine conversations, and a loyal wine club community that feels more like family than customers. For us, wine tasting isn’t just about pouring wine, it’s about creating a special & memorable experience, telling the story behind our wines, and helping guests discover something they love.

What the Role Looks Like
Your days will include hosting tastings, selling wine, growing our wine club, and assisting in the office with shipping, events, club communications, and various administrative duties.
Because we are a small winery, every team member has a hand in all aspects of our business and plays an important role in our success.

Qualifications

• Wine industry or hospitality sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Computer skills: POS, Outlook, Slack, RedChirp, Excel
• Must be available weekends and some holidays
• Highly organized, detail oriented and self-directed
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs
