🚀 We're Hiring: Wireless Mobile Engineer

📍 Location: Istanbul/Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wireless Mobile Engineer to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wireless GUL Mobile technologies and network optimization . You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Wireless GUL Mobile network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability .

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Network Planning & Design: Develop and optimize wireless GSM network designs, ensuring coverage, capacity, and quality.
• Implementation & Deployment: Assist in deploying and configuring Mobile Network GUL equipment (base stations, controllers, etc.).
• Network Optimization: Monitor performance and optimize to enhance quality, throughput, and user experience.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance issues, interference, and service degradation.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct equipment and software upgrade testing to ensure compatibility and performance.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers, customers, vendors, and departments to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of configurations, updates, and performance reports.
• Research & Development: Stay updated on wireless communication technologies and provide insights on trends.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• English level: C1
• Proven experience in wireless mobile network engineering
• Strong knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE
• Solid understanding of 3GPP standards and network architecture
• Skilled in troubleshooting and network optimization
• Team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

🌟 Desirable Skills

• Experience with LTE and 5G technologies
• Familiarity with other wireless standards
• Knowledge of IP protocols and TCP/IP
