Location: Various outdoor locations across Sacramento and Northern California

We’re not just hiring agents—we’re building future leaders. Candidates with strong communication skills and a drive for growth may be considered for future management and leadership roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Distribute free Lifeline phones to eligible customers in outdoor public areas
• Engage with the community, explain program benefits, and assist with sign-ups
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds (inventory, supplies, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
• Represent Defy Mobile with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

• 1+ year of sales experience (door-to-door, retail, or field sales preferred)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must have your own transportation
• Must have a smartphone or tablet with active data plan
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leadership qualities and a desire to grow into management roles
