WOOD CARPENTER

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to meet project specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood and other materials.
• Build frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, cabinetry, stairs, and furniture.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
• Ensure work is done safely, accurately, and within project deadlines.
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects, electricians, and plumbers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
