Wood Factory Manager

We are looking for a wood factory manager Responsible for fully managing and operating the factory, ensuring production efficiency and product quality, leading the workforce, and improving processes to achieve the company’s objectives with a 7+ years of experience in managing wood factories or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all factory operations, including production, maintenance, and warehouses.

- Prepare and implement production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.

- Ensure the quality of wood products and monitor the application of quality control standards and procedures.

- Lead and manage the workforce, including supervisors, technicians, and workers, and follow up on performance evaluation and development.

- Monitor machine performance and equipment, and coordinate periodic maintenance to reduce downtime.

- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products and monitor supply levels.

- Implement occupational safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

- Analyze production indicators and propose solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste and costs.

- Prepare periodic operational reports and present them to senior management.

- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management (preferred).

- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing wood factories or similar industries.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Advanced knowledge in production planning, quality control, and occupational safety.

- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions
