Word Processor

Converse Consultants has an immediate opening for a Word Processor in our Southern California Locations. Duties include preparation of proposals and marketing collateral, data entry of lab and report information. The successful applicant will be high-energy, able to take the initiative on project work, and be able to work with a wide variety of personalities and multiple tight, conflicting deadlines.



Applicants are REQUIRED to have:

  • Writing ability sufficient to assist with preparation of proposals and statements of qualifications (SOQ) or similar documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in preparing documents for power presentation
  • Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to create independent marketing content
  • Ability to proofread and edit documents with a high degree of accuracy
  • Organized work habits
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple, conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the A/E/C Industry in the Southern California Market
  • Graphics capabilities


Education/experience

  • At least a 2-year college degree in English or Communication
  • At least 2-year experience similar duties.
