WordPress and Digital Marketing Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented WordPress & Digital Marketing Officer to manage our website, enhance our online presence, and execute digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for website management, SEO, content updates, and running digital campaigns to generate leads and improve brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:WordPress Management:

• Manage, update, and maintain company websites using WordPress
• Design and develop web pages using Elementor or similar builders
• Ensure website performance, speed, and responsiveness
• Handle website backups, security, and plugin updates
• Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers if needed

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Create and publish engaging content across digital channels
• Optimize website content for SEO (on-page & off-page)
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

Lead Generation & Reporting:

• Generate leads through digital platforms
• Track website traffic and user behavior
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress and Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, and basic HTML/CSS
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
