Job Title: WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist (Real Estate Experience)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Type: Full-time

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer and SEO Specialist with proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, optimizing them for search engines, and driving organic traffic to generate leads for real estate listings and services.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development:

• Build, customize, and maintain a WordPress website for real estate company listings.
• Implement and configure real estate plugins such as IDX/MLS integrations.
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and user-friendly.
• Manage themes, templates, and plugins efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Create landing pages optimized for conversions and lead generation.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements: titles, meta tags, headings, alt text, and content structure.
• Develop and implement link-building strategies.
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
• Analyze SEO performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Real Estate Industry Focus:

• Understand the unique SEO and content strategies for real estate (location-based SEO, listing pages, neighborhood guides).
• Work with real estate agents or marketing teams to improve visibility of listings and services.
• Create or manage property listing pages that are optimized for both search engines and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer and SEO Specialist.
• Minimum 2–3 years working in or with the real estate industry.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS.
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing trends and platforms (e.g., IDX Broker, MLS).
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast, Screaming Frog).
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, efficient code.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with sales/marketing teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with local SEO and schema markup for real estate.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other PPC platforms.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
