WordPress Full Stack Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites, ensuring seamless functionality across both front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Handle back-end development using PHP and WordPress core APIs
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools (payment gateways, CRM, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Work with designers and content teams to implement UI/UX improvements
• Ensure website security, backups, and updates
• Manage hosting environments, databases, and deployments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with WordPress development (themes & plugins)
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Ability to debug and solve complex technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce (eCommerce development)
• Experience with Buddyboss (Community Base Platform)
• Familiarity with hosting platforms (cPanel, Cloud, VPS)
• Experience with LearnDash or LMS platforms (Learning Management System)
