Salary: 50k to 100k without any commission / 40k to 70k with 1% commission

Location: Lahore DHA Phase 5C (On-Site)

About the Role

We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented WordPress Project Coordinator who is fluent in English and skilled at communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements clearly, translate them into actionable tasks, and work with the team to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and project requirements.
• Listen carefully and ask the right questions to gather complete project details.
• Translate client requirements into clear tasks for the WordPress team.
• Manage and update WordPress websites when needed (content updates, basic setup, plugin handling).
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in documenting requirements and delivering results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Good listening skills with the ability to fully understand client requirements.
• Solid understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders, settings, etc.).
• Ability to organize tasks, follow timelines, and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Previous experience in client communication, WordPress management, or project coordination is a plus.
• A 1-week practical evaluation will be conducted using real project tasks
• Successful candidates will be hired within the next 1–2 weeks
• Candidates who do not qualify will still be paid for the days they worked
