Job Title: WordPress Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage WordPress project scope, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish.
* Create and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and resource allocations.
* Coordinate and oversee the work of developers, designers, QA testers, and content teams.
* Lead Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Serve as the primary communication link between clients, stakeholders, and the internal team.
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks.
* Provide consistent project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
* Ensure all WordPress websites meet functional, design, security, and performance standards.
* Oversee website testing, troubleshooting, and launch activities to ensure high-quality delivery.
* Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans to prevent issues.
* Adjust schedules, resources, and priorities to maintain project alignment and success.
* Ensure adherence to project management practices and WordPress development best practices.

Required

* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in web or WordPress development.
* Strong understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, custom development, CMS workflows).
* Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).

Preferred

* WordPress hooks, PHP, MySQL/Database structure, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery, cPanel, DNS, hosting configuration.
* Good understanding of WordPress CMS structure and best practices
* Must have strong attention to detail
* Good English communication skills
* Must be based in Lahore

Evaluation Period

- A 1-week practical evaluation will be conducted using real project tasks
- Successful candidates will be hired within the next 1–2 weeks
- Candidates who do not qualify will still be paid for the days they worked

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
