We are looking for a creative self-starter to join our team as a Worpress Website Designer/Graphic Designer/Marketing Content Creator. Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with our Project Managers on website, graphic design and content creation projects from concept through completion
- Website design and maintenance using WordPress
- Creating engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns for a wide variety of clients
- Assisting with project research, development, and implementation of software and digital tools that would enhance our production.
Qualifications
- Experience in WordPress
- Strong graphic design and writing skills
- Excellent social media and email marketing writing and design skills
- Ability to create and source engaging visual content
- Understanding of digital marketing trends, nuances, and engagement tactics.
- Dedication to producing quality work in a timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task
- Calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills both internally and with clients
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented

- MUST be curious and love a dynamic, fast-paced, creative environment!
- Must have the latest model computer and adequate Internet speed to work in a design/digital project atmosphere
- Self-starter
- Must reside in the United States
Preferences
- College degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or Advertising OR applicable experience
- Design/Marketing/Advertising industry experience preferred
- Knowledge and ability to use creative products such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
- SEO skills a plus
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly
Job Specs
- Remote work environment with periodic zoom meetings.
- The contractor will be responsible for all of their own federal and state income taxes, social security, and disability and medical insurance
- All equipment and software used for services provided will be supplied by the contractor unless company software usage is available
- The contractor is to submit invoices to Rapport on a bi-weekly basis
- Work will be assigned and timely completion dates must be achieved
- Compensation is based on education and experience.
