The Workday Application Analyst ensures the reliable performance of ERP systems. Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related software, user access or other problems. Participates in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement new ERP functionality. Coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with Workday and technical teams and users. Recommends new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• System design and enhancements based on business need

• Act as Workday subject matter expert

• Functionality Functional analysis, design, configuration, scripting, and testing of functionality

• Maintain updates to configuration workbooks

• Work with users in defining requirements for new functionality

• Software testing process including test plans, test cases, testing support and break fixes

• Testing of Workday periodic updates and releases

• Liaison between FAIS and the business on strategic initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree Technology, business or related discipline - Preferred

• 2 years HR, Finance, or Supply Chain experience - Required
